Tower Labs in Clinton, CT is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for 2nd shift. You will support production by handling inventory, shipping/receiving, and moving materials while ensuring accuracy and safety.

The role requires forklift experience, attention to detail, and the ability to operate electronic databases. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with some college preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping and receiving is required or preferred.
• Forklift experience or ability to operate a forklift is needed.
• Strong driving record and safe driving history preferred.
• Ability to use electronic databases and computer systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and complete paperwork accurately.
• Good communication and a team-oriented attitude.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Supply production lines with packaging materials and paperwork.
• Move raw materials, bulk powders, and finished goods between areas.
• Operate a forklift and assist with loading/unloading trucks.
• Wrap, label, document, and store pallets in designated locations.
• Receive incoming materials and maintain inventory records.
• Prepare and ship finished products to customers promptly.
• Drive company truck between facilities as needed.
• Inspect materials and finished goods for damage or contamination.
• Use inventory systems to complete shipping, receiving, and inventory docs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Communicate shipping/delivery information with vendors.
• Follow all safety, cGMP, and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with production and other departments to meet goals.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
