Advance Auto Parts Inc. is hiring Warehouse Workers for multiple shifts across our distribution centers. Workers will pick, pack and stage parts, operate RF scanners, and move boxes throughout the center.

Warehouse Worker Responsibilities

Advance Auto Parts is hiring Warehouse Workers immediately for all shifts in all our Distribution centers across the U.S. Our DC/Warehouse Associates are a vital part of our warehouse and assist in, but not limited to;pick pack and stage parts, utilize hand-held radio frequency devise (RF scanners), and move boxes throughout the distribution center.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to work on various shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
• Basic math strategies: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Compensation & Shift Differential

Advance Auto Parts offers a competitive wage progression program for Distribution Center Associates:

• Starting Pay: $17.80/hour
• 90-Day Increase: $18.05/hour
• 6-Month Increase: $18.30/hour
• 1-Year Increase: $19.15/hour
• 2-Year Increase: $20.50/hour
• 3-Year Increase: $21.90/hour

In addition, team members working 2nd Shift are eligible for an additional $1.00 per hour shift differential , providing even greater earning potential.

Preferred Skills

• Prior warehouse training or experience is preferred but not required
