Dynamic Catholic, based in Erlanger, KY, is seeking a Fulfillment Operator to prepare customer orders for shipment and support mailing projects. You will stock supplies and keep the fulfillment area running smoothly, contributing to the team’s efficiency and the organization's mission.

This is a full-time, first-shift role with Monday–Friday hours and benefits. The successful candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to work well in a collaborative warehouse environment.

Overview

You will help prepare customer orders for shipment, work on mailing projects, and help stock supplies to keep the fulfillment team moving—all while achieving work-life balance with first shift hours. What you might also have

• Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution environment, or inventory control
• Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols
• Training and/or experience operating a forklift

Your working hours

• 40 hours per week; occasional overtime
• Monday – Friday 7:30 – 4:00 PM
• This is a full time position with benefits (company paid health insurance premiums!)

Work conditions

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Repetitive reaching, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Typical warehouse environment includes occasional noise from equipment, dust and minor changes in temperature
