Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Cincinnati, OH. The role includes loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing and housekeeping, under site leadership in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Pay is weekly at $600–$640. Shifts Sunday–Tuesday 6:00 PM–6:00 AM and Wednesday 6:00 PM–11:30 PM. Benefits after 60 days, a path for advancement, paid training, and a team culture built on performance.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Must be able to lift 25–75 lbs.
• Warehouse experience preferred but training available.

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup and related duties as assigned.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical


• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary


• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
