Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a hands‑on warehouse associate for first shift.

You will perform a variety of duties including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and cleanup to support site leadership.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–75 lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred; Capstone is willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and cleanup as assigned by site leadership.
• Maintain efficient and safe operations in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting.

Monday-Friday some Saturdays as needed

Shift 5:30am-Finish

Pay: $680-$1,000+/weekly

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
  
  

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
