Job summary

The Dixon Group is hiring a part-time Warehouse Associate in New York. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, receive and stock products, and maintain inventory using handheld scanners and automated systems.

We seek dependable, proactive team players with a strong work ethic who can adapt to a fast-paced warehouse. Prior warehouse experience is preferred and a HS diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is highly preferred.
• Dependable, proactive, and flexible with a strong sense of urgency and an eagerness to take on new challenges.
• Solid reading comprehension and basic math skills for accurate order processing and inventory tracking.
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic distribution setting.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs. during the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move efficiently throughout the warehouse for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet daily deadlines.
• Receive, unload, and appropriately stock incoming products and shipments.
• Replenish inventory and maintain product organization throughout the facility.
• Operate handheld scanners and automated warehouse systems to track and manage inventory.
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Adapt to changing daily tasks, shifting priorities, and dynamic warehouse needs.

Work Hours: 12:30 PM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay Range: $19.00/Hour

The Dixon Group is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate to join our team in New York! In this role, you’ll handle a variety of responsibilities including accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, receiving and stocking products, and maintaining organized inventory using handheld scanners and our automated warehouse management system.
