Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or parts is preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain all picking tickets for accuracy.
• Place daily parts orders.
• Process daily stock orders.
• Stock and post incoming inventory.
• Notify appropriate parties when special order parts arrive.
• Return obsolete parts and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure credits are received for returned parts.
• File shortages and damage claims with vendors and carriers.
• Assist counter sales as needed.
• Assist with DIA (Dealer Inventory Administration or applicable system).
• Update electronic parts files and maintain accurate system records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts and warehouse area.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Perform cycle counts and ongoing inventory control.
• Assist with preparation and execution of annual parts inventory.
• Assist in annual parts returns.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Work with vendors and carriers to secure competitive freight rates.
