About The Position

Performs warehouse functions inside and outside.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory appropriately.
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory and stock.
• Inspect stock for damages and document findings.
• Ensure safety and hygiene standards are upheld in the warehouse.
• Properly store all incoming orders.

Additional Activities & Responsibilities

• Maintain kit pick list policies and coordinate parts for production, shipping, and service.
• Safely load and unload materials using hand tools, forklifts, or cranes.
• Review work orders, monitor partials, and report shortages.
• Assist in system location coding and material conveyance.
• Count, weigh, and record materials to ensure accuracy.
• Store WIP and finished goods appropriately.
• Participate in physical inventory processes.
• Use PPE and material handling equipment as required.
• Participate in safety initiatives and assist in other projects as needed.

Qualifications & Competencies

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 year of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of material control or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift parts, operate forklifts, and cranes.
• Computer literacy required.
• Ability to read orthographic drawings and extract relevant data.
• Flexible and helpful in a dynamic environment.
