As a Warehouse Associate, they will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. The responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and distributing products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to a safe and organized work environment.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNoneDuties/Responsibilities• Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy, and document any discrepancies. Ensure all products are in good condition and report any damages or issues.• Storage and Organization: Safely and efficiently store products in designated areas, optimizing space utilization and maintaining a well-organized warehouse.• Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring items are properly labeled and prepared for shipment.• Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels. Identify and report discrepancies promptly.• Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards by handling products with care and attention to detail. Ensure that products are handled, stored, and shipped in compliance with company standards.• Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, vertical lifts and pallet jacks safely and proficiently. Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance.• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to meet production and shipping goals.
