Job summary

D&L Parts Co. is seeking a capable warehouse associate in Charlotte, NC to receive, unload, and inspect shipments, stock and organize inventory, and prepare orders for shipment or pickup.

You will help maintain accuracy through cycle counts and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a detail-oriented mindset, dependable attendance, and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping, or receiving experience preferred, but training may be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed)
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Support other warehouse areas and projects as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move products up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including temperature changes and typical warehouse conditions
