The Indoor Golf Shop in Celina, TX is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to help keep inventory flowing and orders moving.

You’ll handle receiving, organizing, picking, packing, shipping, and assist with production tasks, while upholding safety and quality standards. This hands-on role offers growth in a fast-growing e-commerce and B2B company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience required; certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs and operate pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.
• Verify products and orders for accuracy before they leave the warehouse.
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Support production projects, including cutting, assembly, sewing, and other hands-on tasks.
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
• Inspect products for quality and damage.
• Follow company safety, quality, and operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse and production processes.

The Indoor Golf Shop is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Associate to join our team in Celina, TX.

This isn't a job where you'll be doing the same task all day. You'll play an important role in keeping our warehouse and production operations running smoothly—from receiving and organizing inventory to preparing customer orders and supporting production. The Indoor Golf Shop is a fast-growing e-commerce and B2B company specializing in golf simulators, launch monitors, golf practice equipment, and premium accessories. We work with more than 20 leading brands across North America and serve passionate golfers nationwide.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll help keep products moving from our warehouse to our customers accurately and efficiently.

Your day may include:

Receive, unload, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently

Verify products and orders for accuracy before they leave the warehouse

Organize inventory and help maintain accurate stock levels

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse

Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment

Support production projects, including cutting, assembly, sewing, and other hands-on tasks

Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization

Inspect products for quality and damage

Follow company safety, quality, and operating procedures

Identify opportunities to make warehouse and production processes better

Work as part of a team to meet daily goals and customer expectations

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, safety-conscious, and ready to work as part of a team.

Required:

2+ years of warehouse experience

Experience with receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, or shipping

Forklift experience; certification is a plus

Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and similar equipment

Strong attention to detail and organization

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday

Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures may vary and may exceed 105°F during periods of extreme heat

Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

Even Better If You Have:

Experience with cutting equipment, including circular blade equipment

Experience with table saws or CNC equipment

Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems
