The Indoor Golf Shop in Celina, TX is seeking an experienced Sewing Machine Operator to join our Production team. You will operate industrial sewing machines and finish a variety of golf-simulator related products, contributing to high-quality builds.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial sewing experience.
• Experience operating industrial sewing machines.
• Ability to accurately work with fractional measurements and basic arithmetic.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to meet production goals while maintaining quality.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements during a 10-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to sew and finish materials of various sizes and types.
• Seam materials together, hem edges, and attach binding.
• Sew Velcro and other components or accessories onto finished products.
• Install grommets using a power grommet press.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Measure materials accurately and work with fractional measurements.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to sewing equipment.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
• Work independently while also collaborating with the Production team.
• Support process improvements and help identify ways to improve quality and efficiency.

What You'll Do

As a Sewing Machine Operator, you will help manufacture and finish a variety of golf simulator and related products using industrial sewing equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operate industrial sewing machines to sew and finish materials of various sizes and types.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout a 10-hour shift.

Preferred:

• Experience with industrial sewing machine maintenance.
• Experience configuring or adjusting industrial sewing machines.
