We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our quiet, climate controlled warehouse, who has some prior experience in stocking/shipping/receiving and is willing to learn more! Monday through Friday day shifts - nights and weekends off and paid holidays. 40 hours per week.*Title: Warehouse Associate**Role Summary*The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in delivering accurate, on-time orders and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and organization within the warehouse. This role supports customer satisfaction by ensuring products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped correctly while serving as a key quality checkpoint before products leave the facility.Warehouse Associates demonstrate ESP’s core values of Expertise, Service, andPassion by taking ownership of their work, supporting teammates, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.*Core Expectations for All Employees*All employees are expected to:* Deliver high-quality work within established timelines* Work both independently and collaboratively* Communicate proactively and professionally* Provide excellent service to internal and external customers* Demonstrate accountability and ownership mindset* Contribute positively to team and company culture*Essential Job Functions**Warehouse Operations** Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders or shipping documentation* Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately* Store materials accurately in designated locations* Pick, pack, and label orders according to customer and shipping requirements* Prepare shipments for carrier pickup, including documentation and loading* Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting and reconciliation* Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment* Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a culture of workplace safety*Value-Added Services** Set up and operate bagging equipment to package goods according to customer specifications* Assemble hoses and fittings based on customer requirements and quality standards*Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Support** Deliver inventory to customer locations based on established replenishment requirements* Represent the company professionally at customer sites* Communicate inventory needs, discrepancies, or quality concerns to internal teams* Initiate or support cycle counting activities as needed* Safely operate company vehicles and maintain required driving standards*Core Competencies (Role Specific)** Strong attention to detail and accuracy* Time management and task prioritization* Teamwork and collaboration* Safety awareness and compliance* Problem-solving and adaptability* Clear communication skills* Accountability and follow-through* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment*Technical & Functional Skills** Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training or certification as required)* Basic computer or system usage for inventory and shipping transactions* Knowledge of common shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL)* Ability to read and follow work instructions and shipping documentation*Education & Experience**Required:** High School diploma or equivalent*Preferred:** Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience* Experience supporting VMI programs or customer site deliveries* Knowledge of shipping services* Valid Driver’s license with satisfactory driving record*Working Conditions & Physical Requirements*The warehouse environment may vary from quiet to moderately noisy.
