Coilcraft, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Cary, Illinois headquarters to move materials, support inventory accuracy, and help ensure on-time customer delivery within a safety‑conscious manufacturing environment.

You will handle materials, perform audits, monitor inbound and outbound shipments, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and workflow while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer literacy and basic data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable work ethic and safety commitment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Handle and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Perform inventory audits and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, completeness, and condition.
• Move materials between shipping, receiving, storage, and production areas.
• Compile records for unfilled orders, shipping weights, and freight charges.
• Prepare department records and reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team at our corporate headquarters. In this role, you'll help ensure materials and shipments move safely, accurately, and efficiently throughout our manufacturing operation while supporting inventory accuracy and on-time customer delivery.
