Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy materials (typically up to 50-75lbs).
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take direction and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials and parts.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately.
• Assist in production and assembly of garage door components such as cutting glass onto doors and torsion springs as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (as required).
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Load and unload trucks, verifying materials and quantities.
• Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet company standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Support multiple departments including shipping, receiving, and production as needed.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to different warehouse functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials and parts
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately
• Assist in the production and assembly of garage door components such as:
  • Cutting glass onto the doors as needed
  • Cutting torsion springs as needed
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (as required)
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Load and unload trucks, verifying materials and quantities
• Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet company standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
• Support multiple departments including shipping, receiving, and production as needed
