Job summary

Napoleon Spring Works is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily operations across shipping, receiving, and production of garage door components. Safety and accuracy are essential as you adapt to various warehouse functions in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle materials, assist in production, and help maintain inventory while following safety procedures. Forklift/pallet jack use may be required, with opportunities for overtime depending on production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy materials (typically up to 50–75 lbs).
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials and parts.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately.
• Assist in the production and assembly of garage door components.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (as required).
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet company standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Support multiple departments including shipping, receiving, and production as needed.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
