Job summary

HW Staffing co is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our Canton, MA distribution team. You will pick, pack, and prepare customer and store orders for shipment, receive and organize incoming merchandise, and help maintain accurate inventory.

This full-time position emphasizes safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work with a team, operate warehouse equipment as trained, and have overtime opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks during the shift.
• Basic computer and RF scanner experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
