Job summary

Adams Thermal Systems Mexico (Recr) is seeking a detail‑oriented warehouse associate to support the American Cooling Solutions fulfillment team. You will locate, pull, package, and ship parts to online customers, dealers, and distributors, while keeping accurate inventory records and ensuring correct locations.

This 1st shift role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate a forklift after certification, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work overtime as required.
  • Ability to work independently and be detail oriented.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift operator’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Locate and retrieve parts for shipping.
  • Package parts for shipping following packaging standards.
  • Assure that all required labels and packing materials are included.
  • Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock.
  • Record location of inventory and document appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Operate forklift, automated pallet jack, and tugger.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with PPE requirements.
  • Complete other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor/team leader.

Job description

Summary of Duties

Will work with the American Cooling Solutions fulfillment team to pull, package, and ship parts and components to online customers as well as dealers, distributors, and other customers. Will assist with inventory tracking and assure that all parts are placed in and removed from the correct locations.

Essential Tasks

Fulfilment: Locate and retrieve parts for shipping. Package parts for shipping following ACS packaging standards. Assure that all required labels and packing materials are included.

  • Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory.
  • Operate forklift, automated pallet jack, and tugger.
  • Document appropriate warehouse location of all parts and components.
  • Maintain physical condition of fulfillment area and equipment by inspecting equipment; completing pre‑use inspections; requesting work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
  • Maintain quality standards by adhering to all work instructions, control plans, and visual aids. Any questions or non‑conformances are to be brought to the attention of the supervisor/team leader.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with all PPE requirements, procedures, rules, and regulations, including wearing required personal safety protection equipment.
  • Complete other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor/team leader.
Specific Skills/Requirements

Preferred Skills and Characteristics

High School diploma or GED.

  • Understanding/familiarization with ACS products and required materials and supplies.
  • Good communication skills, both written and interpersonal.
Working Conditions

Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Temperature periodically exceeds 90 degrees. Work involves frequent lifting of materials and product up to 50 pounds. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment, including eye safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel‑toe shoes.
