Job summary

Nissha Medical Technologies in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate forklifts and handle pick/pack, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. This on-site role supports multiple warehouse functions and ensures accuracy and timely processing of orders.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 60 lbs, and participate in cycle counts while following safety procedures. The company offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.; lift truck license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, stretch wrappers, and other warehouse equipment.
• Pick, pack, and process orders.
• Receive, inspect, store materials and finished goods.
• Process returns and return-to-inventory.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate shipments inbound/outbound.
• Troubleshoot shipping/trucking issues.
• Perform pick-up and delivery duties as needed.
• Complete warehouse transactions and documentation.
• Support multiple warehouse functions as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Job Functions

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, stretch wrappers, and other warehouse equipment
• Pick, pack, and process customer and consigned orders
• Receive, inspect, process, and store materials and finished goods
• Process customer returns and return-to-inventory
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
• Troubleshoot shipping and trucking issues
• Perform pick-up and delivery duties as needed
• Complete warehouse transactions and documentation
• Support multiple warehouse functions as needed
• Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work environment

Requirements

• Previous experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.; lift truck licensed preferred

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• MS office; PC literate
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing multi-task environment
• Ability to lift 1lb to 60lb lifting
• Comfortable working at heights of approximately 20 ft
