Position Overview
Warehouse Associate who safely and efficiently operates a motorized forklift to load and unload trucks, pull pallets from production lines, and manage warehouse inventory using an onboard WMS system.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklift, drive truck, and control lifting apparatus.
- Unload, stack, and move pallets of finished products.
- Plan supply and material requirements by studying production schedules and scheduling deliveries.
- Retrieve supplies and materials, verify specifications, secure pallets, and move them to production locations.
- Maintain and track inventory in production areas, reporting discrepancies.
- Clear production area by securing and moving finished and empty pallets.
- Log movements of supplies, materials, and finished goods.
- Maintain a safe work environment by monitoring foot traffic, following standards, and complying with legal regulations.
- Keep forklift operating by following instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 0 years experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 0 years experience in this position.
- Minimum 0 years experience managing people or projects.
- Proven ability to safely operate a sit‑down motorized forklift.
- Ability to navigate within a Warehouse Management System.
- Preferred 2 years experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
