Roles and Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management: Organize and store products, maintain accurate records.
2. Order Picking: Select products based on customer orders, prepare for shipment.
3. Packing: Securely pack products, label, and protect for transportation.
4. Shipping: Prepare shipments with proper documentation and labels.
5. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse organized and safe.
6. Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
7. Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
8. Driving: Transport goods using company vehicles.
9. Team Collaboration: Work with team members to meet targets.
10. Record Keeping: Update inventory and shipment logs.
11. Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and DOT health card
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to operate hand tools
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Skills

• Previous warehouse experience
