Position Overview: Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities include picking orders as invoices are printed, setting parts at route staging areas, unloading inbound deliveries, and storing parts in designated locations after verification.

Salary: Starting at $20 per hour, based on experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately offload inbound vendor trucks and conduct quality control.
• Receive products against purchase orders and store/stock them efficiently, following FIFO principles.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Research bin/part variances and manage returns via freight software.
• Pick and stage orders, load/unload trucks, and verify deliveries.
• Conduct cycle counts and cross-train in warehouse roles.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Pass drug screen and background check.
• Reliable work history and transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with forklifts, part pickers, or pallet jacks preferred.

Physical Demands:

• Lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs consistently.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
