Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Brooklyn, OH. The role involves using an RF scanner to scan and sort packages, reading and following customer orders and shipping documents, and ensuring the warehouse stays safe and accessible for staff and customers.

Ideal candidates have basic English and communication skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to work varied shifts. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and load/unload trucks.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Brooklyn, OH

Pay Range: $21

Shift: 6pm - 1am; 4 weekdays and Sunday 11am - 7pm

What's the Job?

• Use RF Scanner to scan and sort packages
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and/or shipped.
• Ensure the warehouse remains accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic

What's Needed?

• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) to understand critical safety alerts, read warning labels, and follow real-time operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively and follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills to support daily operational tasks.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, due to varying freight volumes.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds and experience loading and unloading trucks.
