The Warehouse Forklift Operator supplies all departments with ingredients and packaging materials and moves finished goods to the distribution center using a standup forklift. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trailers and possibly handling products manually. Strong written and verbal skills are essential.

Full-time opportunity. Working hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm. Referral bonus programs ($750-1500). Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision, FSA & HSA programs, Education Assistance, paid time off, premium pay for overtime on Sundays and holidays, and more.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Operating a stand-up forklift, pallet jack, and truck in a fast-paced environment.
• Pulling orders of packaging, raw materials, and ingredients as per production schedule and placing them in designated areas.
• Loading finished goods onto trailers as per load sheets.
• Checking products for proper codes, labels, and quality issues and making adjustments as needed.
• Transporting and storing pallets.
• Performing additional tasks as assigned.
• Working in cold storage warehouse.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months to 1-year experience operating a stand-up forklift.
• Experience in dairy processing or food manufacturing preferred.

Specialized Knowledge:

• Experience with RAF and SAP preferred.
• Knowledge of computer fundamentals and strong math skills.
