We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the Factor Bikes team in Boulder, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate picking, fulfillment, and shipping of orders.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, fulfill, and ship customer orders.
• Assist in inventory management and warehouse organization.
• Assist in the receiving and storing of incoming shipments.
• Collaborate with sales teams to allocate inventory.

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualification

• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• 2+ years in the Outdoor/Cycling Industry.
• Oracle NetSuite working knowledge.
• Previous bicycle mechanic experience.
