Trek Bicycle is hiring at our WI Distribution Center. We offer full-time roles with Monday–Friday schedules and no overnight or weekend shifts, emphasizing work‑life balance and safety. We service customers with care and strive for consistent high performance across the team.

You'll handle bike box pickups, loading and unloading trucks, and forklift operation, while collaborating across departments to keep operations running smoothly. Benefits are generous and culture is supportive.

Competenze

• Ability to consistently lift, carry, push or pull heavy weights up to 90 lbs.
• Warehouse/shipping/receiving experience is a plus.
• Inventory control and forklift experience are preferred.

Mansioni

• Pick and unload bike boxes and palletized loads.
• Unload/load trucks and receive merchandise.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow site procedures.
• Operate reach truck/forklift.
• Cross-train in multiple departments as needed.

Job Description

Trek Bicycle is looking to hire warehouse pros! Trek is a lifestyle bicycle brand which takes a different approach to distribution and its team. With no overnight shift operations and no weekend shifts, we understand the value of your time and the balance one needs in life. We are looking for hard working, dependable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team and help us transform the world, the bicycle, and have a blast while doing it!

Hours

Full Time: Monday - Friday: either 7am-3pm or 11am-7pm

Pay

$20 per hour for 7am-3pm; $21 per hour for 11am-7pm

Warehouse Job Duties

• Pick and/or unload bike boxes. These can be quite heavy; over 90 lbs per carton.
• Unload/load trucks and receive merchandise.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; comply with all site procedures, rules and regulations.
• Operate reach truck/forklift.
• Willingness to cross train in multiple departments.

Experience/Qualifications

• Ability to consistently lift, carry, push or pull heavy weights, up to 90lbs per carton
• Previous warehousing, shipping, receiving experience a plus
• Inventory control
• Forklift Experience is a plus
