Job summary

NSB Omega in Borger, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our client. The role requires forklift certification and a standard 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. workday with PPE and H2S monitoring in a refinery setting.

Responsibilities include stocking, receiving, labeling, and shipping, while maintaining accurate inventory records in SAP and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience required in a fast-moving facility.
• Physical stamina to meet job demands.
• Forklift operation may be involved; safety awareness essential.
• SAP experience for inventory transactions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Purchase, receive, process, issue, kit, label and store incoming stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Inspect stock for damages and document issues.
• Organize warehouse space for efficiency and safety.
• Prepare orders for shipment and track arrivals/departures.
• Operate stock tools, including forklift or dolly where needed.
• Record stock counts and transactions in SAP.
• Oversee warehouse operations and ensure on-time shipping.
• Coordinate UPS and FedEx shipments and hazardous material shipping.

AssignmentDescription

Borger Refinery is looking for a full time Warehouse Associate . The position does require Forklift certification. A TWIC will not be required. Work schedule will be traditional, Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p. Standard PPE is required along with H2S monitor.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing, receiving, processing, issuing, kitting, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
• Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
• Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.
• Organizing the warehouse space.
• Preparing orders for shipment.
• Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
• Operating stock management tools; for example, a forklift or dolly.
• Counting stock and keeping inventory records via SAP transactions
• Oversee Warehouse Operations
• UPS and Fed Ex Shipping
• Hazardous Material Shipping

Position Requirements
