Advantage Technical is seeking a Warehouse Associate I with forklift experience to support daily warehouse operations in Borger, TX. Responsibilities include receiving, labeling, organizing, and distributing materials, while maintaining accurate inventory and completing SAP transactions.

The role emphasizes safety, PPE adherence, and efficient shipment preparation, with opportunities to work with UPS/FedEx processes and hazardous material shipping requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification is required.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving or material handling preferred.
• Experience using inventory management systems (SAP preferred).
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• H2S monitor is required.
• TWIC card is not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, label, kit, issue, and store incoming inventory and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete SAP transactions.
• Inspect incoming stock for damage and document discrepancies.
• Organize warehouse areas to support efficient operations.
• Prepare orders and materials for shipment.
• Manage UPS and FedEx shipping processes.
• Support hazardous material shipping requirements.
• Record shipment arrival and departure information.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and material handling tools.
• Assist with overall warehouse operations and inventory control.
