Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Warehouse Associate I in Borger, TX for 6+ months, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm schedule. You will support stock control, receiving, issuing, kitting, labeling and inventory management in a refinery environment.

Responsibilities include using SAP for stock counting, forklift operations, organizing space, and ensuring safe handling of incoming and outgoing materials while coordinating shipping with UPS and FedEx.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience supporting inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with SAP for stock counting and inventory transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing, receiving, processing, issuing, kitting, labeling, and storage of incoming stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and inspect stock for damage.
• Prepare orders for shipment and record shipment arrival/departure times.
• Support UPS and FedEx shipping activities.
• Organize warehouse space and oversee daily operations.
• Demonstrate physical capability to meet role demands.
• Understand hazardous material shipping requirements.

This opportunity offers involvement in day-to-day warehouse operations within a refinery environment, supporting stock control, shipping activities, and material handling. The role includes purchasing, receiving, issuing, kitting, labelling, and inventory management, with regular use of SAP and forklift operations. This position will contribute to efficient warehouse flow, accurate stock records, and safe handling of incoming and outgoing materials.

Required Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Required Experience

• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience supporting inventory control, stock handling, and warehouse operations
• Experience using SAP for stock counting and inventory transactions

Required Skills

• Ability to manage purchasing, receiving, processing, issuing, kitting, labelling, and storage of incoming stock
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and inspect stock for damage
