Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for inventory management, stocking, labeling, and material handling. The role requires maintaining an organized and accurate work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with reconciliation and reporting.
• Stock and restock shelves, ensuring proper placement and visibility.
• Organize parts inventory for quick access and efficient workflow.
• Label parts bins clearly for identification and traceability.
• Transport parts safely between storage and the parts room.
• Dispose of packaging materials following recycling procedures.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Successful background and drug screening.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employees must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders, in environments with dirt, dust, and noise. Reasonable accommodations are available.
