Role Description

The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Birmingham, AL. This role is responsible for receiving, unloading, and verifying incoming shipments, as well as accurately picking, packing, and preparing outbound orders for delivery. The Warehouse Associate organizes inventory, maintains clean and safe warehouse areas, and uses equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with safety standards. Daily tasks also include labeling and staging products, assisting with cycle counts or stock checks, and coordinating with team members to meet shipping and receiving timelines. The role may involve occasional lifting of boxes, operating warehouse machinery, and supporting other warehouse and logistics functions as needed.

Business hours are Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM

Located in downtown Birmingham

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Shipping & Receiving, including processing incoming and outgoing orders and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Experience with Packing and Unloading, ensuring products are handled carefully and prepared securely for storage or shipment.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack, following all safety protocols.
• Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking, labeling, and order management systems.
• Ability to lift and move packages as required and stand or walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills to meet daily operational deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills; prior warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial; relevant certifications in forklift operation or warehouse safety are a plus.
