What You’ll Do

Keep our warehouse humming by managing inventory, receiving materials, and fulfilling orders for truck restocks.
Partner with techs in the field to ensure they have what they need to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Lead the charge on warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Implement creative solutions to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and enhance processes.
Drive accountability across the team while fostering a “tech-friendly” atmosphere.
Collaborate with leadership to optimize truck and warehouse stocking levels and streamline operations.
Assist with truck fleet management and deployment to keep everything running like clockwork.

What We’re Looking For

A motivated leader with strong inventory, project management, and people skills.
A tech-savvy problem-solver with experience in ERP systems and warehouse management.
A team player who’s customer-focused and ready to make a difference.
Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in Plumbing & HVAC warehouse operations (or a similar field).

What You’ll Need

High School diploma or equivalent.
The ability to lift and transport 50+ lbs.
A commitment to excellence and the drive to achieve exceptional results.
