Job summary

RAW Nutrition is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Belton, TX to handle receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipment for wholesale fulfillment. You will help maintain inventory integrity, operate equipment, and support daily warehouse execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include inspecting shipments, logging data, loading/unloading trucks, cycle counts, and ensuring safety. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or RF scanners is a plus.
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment background check. Employment offers are contingent upon satisfactory results of the Company’s screening process.

• Operate warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with all safety protocols.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping deadlines.
• Report damaged goods, discrepancies, or equipment issues to a supervisor.

About The Role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate and efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipment of products in support of our wholesale fulfillment operations. This role ensures inventory integrity and operational efficiency while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This position focuses on day-to-day warehouse execution, including order fulfillment, inventory handling, equipment operation and cross-functional coordination with the broader operations team.
