Warehouse Associate

Location: WIBEL Public Store

Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

Hours: Up to 28 hours/week

Overview:

Join us as a Part-time Warehouse Associate, playing a key role in our operations. You will manage inventory, handle product movements, and support our branch located at 2635 Prairie Ave, Beloit, WI 53511. Flexible scheduling may be available after onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain branch inventory.
2. Receive, pick, package, ship, and perform cycle counts.
3. Make local deliveries using a company vehicle as needed.
4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
5. Perform additional duties to ensure branch success.

Required Qualifications:

1. Must be 18 years or older.
2. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
3. Proficient in written and oral communication.
4. Computer literate.
5. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong organizational and planning skills.
7. Self-motivated, customer service-oriented.
8. Attention to detail and sense of urgency.
9. Ability to work independently and in a team.

11. Ability to lift packages weighing 25-75 lbs.
12. Pass drug screening (applicable in US, Puerto Rico, Guam).

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with inventory receiving, shipping, sorting, or management.
