Our Warehouse team members are responsible for receiving materials, loading trucks, making deliveries when needed, and processing inventory.

Richards Building Supply is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Ballwin, IL location.

1st Shift "core" hours are 7 AM to 4 PM, eligible for overtime.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist throughout the shift.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Adherence to safety policies, including use of safety equipment.
• Work Monday-Friday with overtime during busy seasons.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs repeatedly; some over 100 lbs.
• Load trucks per delivery schedule, securing loads per DOT regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Double-check loads for accuracy and security.
• Support shipping/receiving and order pulling for walk-in customers.
• Must have a clean driving record.
