Job summary

Hotwire Communications Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage warehouse duties and inventory controls, ensuring accurate tracking, reconditioning, and disbursement of equipment. The role supports installation readiness and customer interaction through stock inquiries and internal coordination.

Responsibilities include maintaining databases, performing reconditioning, handling equipment safely, and keeping work areas organized.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of two (2) years' Warehouse work experience.
• Flexibility to work shifts in a 24/7/365 environment, including weekends, nights, and holidays based on business needs.
• Active and clean, non-restrictive state drivers license for remote warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a computerized database tracking the current status, reconditioning and disbursement of equipment.
• Plan and carry out direct equipment reconditioning to meet agreed product demands.
• Maintain and report on equipment and software suitability for direct customer installation purposes.
• Respond to and follow up stock inquiries by e-mail, telephone, and personal visits.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff.
• Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
• Carry out inventory research, and replenishment for satellite locations.
• Safely unpack and evaluate incoming product for correct count and condition in comparison to purchase orders.
• Safe operation of material handling equipment and hand tools such as forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, dollies, box cutters, wire cutters, etc.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned work areas.
• Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

Job description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for warehouse and clerical activities. The incumbent must maintain and develop inventory distribution controls in accordance with agreed business plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Flexibility to work shifts in a 24/7/365 environment, including weekends, nights, and holidays based on business needs
• Warehouse employees required to drive to remote warehouses must have an active and clean, non-restrictive, state issued driver's license in State where hired.
