Role Description

The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Arlington Heights, IL. This position is responsible for daily warehouse operations, including receiving inbound shipments, verifying quantities and product conditions, and organizing inventory in designated storage areas. The role involves picking and packing orders accurately, preparing items for shipment, and scheduling and loading outbound deliveries according to standards. The Warehouse Associate will maintain a clean and safe work environment, and assist with inventory counts and cycle checks. Collaboration with warehouse team members and other departments is required to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and smooth distribution processes.
