Madi Lane Bridal is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our logistics team with processing and distributing orders. The role involves receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping for customers.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with the physical ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly and up to 75+ lbs occasionally.
• Prolonged standing and walking in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in shipments and verify inventory accuracy.
• Store and organize products on shelves to maintain order.
• Pick and pack orders and verify accuracy before shipment.
• Generate shipping labels using UPS WorldShip, including returns.
• Receive incoming packages and manage warehouse supplies and inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and grow with the role.

Job Description:

Madi Lane Bridal is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our customer service and logistics team in processing and distributing orders to our customers. This role involves receiving shipments from our factories, organizing inventory, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This position is warehouse-based, requiring individuals who can stand and walk for extended periods, lift 50+ lbs regularly (and occasionally up to 75+ lbs), and work efficiently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and check in all shipments, ensuring accuracy in inventory.
• Store products in appropriate space and maintain organized inventory.
• Pick and pack orders, verifying accuracy before shipment to customers.
• Generate shipping labels in UPS WorldShip for outgoing shipments, including return labels.
• Receive incoming packages, including shipment inventory, returns, and warehouse supplies.
• Stock received products onto shelves, maintaining an organized and efficient storage system.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
• Exhibit a willingness to learn and grow with the role.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly and 75+ lbs occasionally.
• Physically capable of prolonged standing and walking.
