Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy, order fulfillment efficiency, and a safe, organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily receiving activities, including unloading trucks, checking and counting merchandise, and staging inventory in designated warehouse locations


• Perform daily shipping duties such as picking, packing, labeling, and loading outbound orders


• Inspect incoming and outgoing products to ensure accuracy and quality


• Support inventory control processes including cycle counts, kitting, SKU relocation, and stock organization


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards


• Accurately complete data entry and required paperwork related to inventory and shipments


• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed)


• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals


• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations

Required Skills & Abilities

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds


• Comfortable using rolling ladders and warehouse equipment


• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions


• Basic problem-solving skills


• Effective communication and teamwork skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred


• Prior warehouse or distribution experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided
