Pacific Office Automation is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate for our Agoura Hills, CA office. Qualified candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs and multitask effectively. Familiarity with the office machine industry and OMD software is a plus.

The role includes shipping/receiving, forklift operation, coordinating with customers for installations, obtaining quotes, and managing inventory and orders. A strong team player with detailed, accurate work is required.

Position

We are currently seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate at our office in Agoura Hills, CA. Qualified candidates will be able to lift 50 lbs. and be able to effectively multi-task. Familiarity with the office machine industry and OMD software is highly desirable.

Essential Job Duties

• Shipping/Receiving product
• Use of a forklift to pull heavy stock off shelves
• Coordinating with customers for upcoming equipment installations
• Obtaining carrier quotes
• Coordinating trucking schedules for equipment delivery
• Obtaining Install/deinstall rentals ie Forklifts/tow trucks
• Scheduling and maintaining the storage of equipment
• Unloading/loading equipment in warehouse
• Reviewing and processing equipment orders
• Processing and ordering part and ink inventory
• Obtaining RMAs and processing them with the vendor
• Monitoring supply chain operations
• Stand for a long period of time
• Cycle counts and participation during inventories
• Communicate via email, phone, or in-person
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
