We are seeking an exceptional Warehouse Associate to join our team. The role involves material handling duties such as receiving, loading/unloading, pulling/assembling customer orders, and inventory checks. Daily use of forklift and/or crane equipment is required.

Primary Objective

Perform various material handling duties in the warehouse.

Primary Functions and Scope

• Pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders, inventory checks, restocking, labeling, maintaining displays, moving and replenishing materials, and conducting cycle counts.
• Receiving inbound shipments, processing them, stocking, handling customer returns, and reporting damaged shipments.
• Operate crane forklift equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility.
• Assist customers and prepare sales slips as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and report incidents.
• Perform other duties as required.

Experience and Knowledge

• High School diploma or equivalent; Certified Forklift Operator.
• Experience with crane forklifts and at least 1 year in warehouse operations preferred.

Competencies

Basic math, organization, customer service, fluency in English, attention to detail, safety awareness.
