The Warehouse Associate will handle material duties such as receiving, loading/unloading, order pulling, and inventory checks, primarily using forklift and crane equipment.

Compensation: Base pay ranges from $17.78 to $22.11 per hour, with potential bonuses and incentives based on individual and company performance.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Perform warehouse tasks including order assembly, accuracy checks, inventory counts, restocking, and maintaining displays.
2. Handle receiving duties such as unloading inbound shipments, processing returns, and managing damaged freight claims.
3. Operate crane and forklift equipment safely.
4. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the facility.
5. Assist customers and prepare sales slips as needed.
6. Report safety issues and accidents promptly.
7. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Certified Forklift Operator.
• Experience with crane and forklift operations plus 1+ years in warehouse settings preferred.

Skills and Attributes

• Basic math, organization, customer service, attention to detail, safety awareness, and English fluency.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, reach, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 70 lbs with team assistance when necessary. Vision and mobility requirements are specified to ensure safety and efficiency.
