Job summary

S&D Coffee in Conway, Arkansas is seeking a Warehouse Assoc I to support shipping/receiving, material handling, forklift operation, inventory stocking, and timely transfer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will work with supervisors to ensure production materials are ready, perform RF transactions, and maintain strict safety and GMP standards while contributing to efficient operations and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year forklift operator experience.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to use basic math skills.
• 2+ years powered lift truck experience preferred.
• 2+ years warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to organize and manage time effectively.
• Ability to follow a schedule and verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate comfortably and work with co-workers in a team environment.
• Functions and operates comfortably in a very active and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, safety and GMP requirements.

Job Description

The Warehouse -- Material Handler is responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties including but not limited to; shipping and receiving, loading, and unloading products from trailer and moving it within the warehouse by carrying or lifting, as well as operating forklifts, stocking and storing warehouse inventory, and fulfilling transfer orders as necessary while ensuring accuracy and timelines of all job functions.
