Job summary

L2 Brands is seeking a Warehouse Associate (1st Shift) in Hanover, PA to ensure products move efficiently through our facility. You’ll report to the Warehouse Manager and handle order processing, receiving, and quality checks.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment, with a 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. schedule. Prior warehouse experience preferred; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing, pulling, and packaging orders
• Receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming inventory
• Inspecting products and shipments for quality and accuracy
• Keeping inventory organized and warehouse space optimized
• Performing quality control checks
• Safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Following all safety and PPE requirements
• Offering ideas to improve efficiency and workflow

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional production environment and involves regular use of warehouse equipment including computers, phones, forklifts, and picking equipment. The role requires standing, lifting, and consistent physical activity throughout the shift.

Schedule

Full-Time: Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
