D & L Farm and Home, Inc is seeking a hardworking, reliable warehouse associate to support stock, loading, unloading, and forklift operations in a fast-paced retail/agriculture environment. The role requires adherence to safety and quality standards and a strong focus on accurate orders and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• English fluency in reading and speaking.
• Forklift driving skills.
• Self-motivated and disciplined.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test & background check.
• Able to lift and move loads up to 75-100 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older due to using Forklift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are correct in product and count.
• Ensure load is secure for transit.
• Unload products for customers according to their request.
• Load/unload vehicles using forklifts.
• Move stock/goods using forklift in warehouses.
• Equipment maintenance and inspection.
• Keeps warehouse and surrounding grounds clean and tidy.
• Load product for customers.
• Completes any required training and education.
• Any task that helps improve customer satisfaction and sales.
