The hours for this position are Monday - Friday from 10 am to 6 pm.
The Assistant Manager is a key leadership position in the distribution and operations organization, reporting directly to the Manager. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, and receiving in a Direct Sales environment. Experience with warehouse automation and familiarity with union environments are a plus but not required. The Assistant Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service from the warehouse to clients, and aims to improve productivity through continuous improvements in fill rate, throughput, and cost efficiency.
