Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Warehouse Assistant Manager in Rolling Meadows, IL. This full-time role covers warehouse operations, office coordination, and safety compliance, requiring hands-on experience and the ability to manage inventory, shipping, and reporting.

You will operate forklifts, use PDA scanners and SAP/WMS, and collaborate with teams to meet service levels. Bilingual ability is preferred; there is a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Hands-on warehouse experience required.
• Experience using PDA scanners.
• Experience with SAP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willingness and ability to perform physical warehouse work.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Korean preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily inbound, storage, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping activities for engine parts.
• Perform hands-on warehouse work and support daily floor operations.
• Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, and cherry picker).
• Use PDA scanners and SAP/WMS to process warehouse transactions.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory to maintain accuracy.
• Support order fulfillment and help meet delivery and service-level expectations.
• Participate in internal and customer meetings and follow up on requests.
• Coordinate with warehouse management, headquarters, and internal teams.
• Support basic inventory, order status, and operational reporting.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established processes.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company compliance requirements.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
