• Understanding of FIFO/expiration dating and product rotation.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and evaluate incoming products safely for correct count and condition in comparison to purchase orders.
• Operate material handling equipment and hand tools to unload trucks and stock the warehouse/pharmacy.
• Enter data accurately and retrieve using computers, and scanners (PDA).
• Maintain and stock bin and shelf inventory —including shelf counts, short shelf life and expired product audits.
• Communicate discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel as they occur.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned workstations and areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

Work Hours: 3pm- 11:30pm
Location: NJ, North Burlington, 2040 Rt 130

In a climate-controlled factory that delivers to hundreds of thousands of patients each week, the Warehouse Assistant is responsible for performing tasks related to receiving products, stocking and replenishment, and inventory control. What you’ll do:

• Unpack and evaluate incoming products safely for correct count and condition in comparison to purchase orders




• Operate material handling equipment and hand tools such as forklifts, pallet jacks (manual and electric), carts, dollies, box cutters, wire cutters, etc.—to unload trucks and stock the warehouse/pharmacy




• Enter data accurately and retrieve using computers, and scanners (PDA)




• Maintain and stock bin and shelf inventory —including shelf counts, short shelf life and expired product audits




• Communicate discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel as they occur




• Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned workstations and areas.
