We're looking for a Warehouse Assistant.

This position will be based at 101 Airport Industrial Drive|Southaven, MS38671 (Memphis Distribution Center).

As a Warehouse Assistant, you’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly by packing and auditing orders, maintaining work areas and equipment, moving materials, and supporting the warehouse team. You’ll also help resolve operational issues and assist with picking, receiving, cycle counting, and returns as needed.

Shift Hours:

Full Time Monday - Friday 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm 2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm 3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am

Hourly Pay: $15.50 for 1st shift and $15.50 an hour + 0.75 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to lift at least 40lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work in a non-climatized warehouse environment.
• Experience using a desktop computer to enter, retrieve, or update information, to include warehouse management systems experience
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Career Readiness Certificate (CRC) preferred
• Knowledge of SAP and/or PKMS Warehouse Management System preferred
• At least 2+ years of experience working in a high-volume distribution center or large retail operation
• At least 2-3 years of direct operations experience

You’ll make an impact by:

• Primary tasks include Packing, Auditing, Housekeeping (removal of cardboard/plastic/pallet/dust waste/debris), Equipment Sanitization (via handheld sprayer/fogger), and General Operational Team Support (e.g., re-supply of packing materials, box making, material movement via pallet jack, etc.)
• Ability to maintain an acceptable level of productivity and team focus
• Report all equipment, order, location, inventory, or process issues to the designated team member
• Interacts with supervisor, coordinators, inbound, inventory control, and outbound staff to reconcile open issues
• Other duties as assigned, which may include Picking, Cycle Counting, Receiving and Returns functions
