Job summary

A local dairy company in San Juan seeks an individual to oversee order processing and manage inventory with a focus on accuracy and timely fulfillment of customer requirements. The candidate should have at least a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Must be adaptable to changes in a start-up environment and willing to work on a shifting schedule from Monday to Saturday, with immediate availability required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be at college level or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years experience in the same field.
• Good basic English comprehension.
• Willing to be assigned to our 3PL warehouse partner at Cubao, Manila (as per contract).
• Can work Monday–Saturday with shifting schedule.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Oversees order processing and coordination.
• Ensures accuracy in documentation and customer requirements.
• Manages inventory through regular stock audits.

• Handles the inbound process including receiving, inspecting and recording incoming shipments to ensure proper storage and tracking
• Coordinates with 3PL warehouse providers to align warehouse operations with company standards and service level expectations.

Qualification: Education/Experience:

• The candidate must be at college level/a Bachelor Graduate/Graduate of Technical or Vocational Course or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years experience of the same field.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, in verbal, written and basic English comprehension.
• Willing to be assigned to our 3PL -WHISTLERFOODS CORP ( 21 Col. Bonny Serrano Ave, Cubao, Quezon City Metro Manila)
• Can Work from Monday- Saturday- Shifting schedule
• Can Start Immediately
